In an idyllic setting deep in the pretty Northamptonshire countryside just outside the village of Mears Ashby and less than 50 minutes from London by train, Jacobean Hall is a fine example of Jacobean architecture bought right up to date to now offer an exceptionally special venue for groups of friends and family or corporate groups to enjoy.

Set in 11 acres of private parklands, the outside space provides a magical playground for adults and children alike, with its own private paddock with stream and lake, complete with a boat for your own use. Of course, a Manor House would not be complete without its formal lawns and spacious terraces overlooking the estate for al fresco dining and relaxing.

Inside, Jacobean Hall continues to impress with a stylish mix of period furnishings and contemporary twists to keep things light, graceful and above all, comfortable. The 9 bedrooms can accommodate 18 guests in individual style, including Four Poster rooms for the traditional at heart.

An elegant drawing room, cosy library, both with roaring fires, together with a jaw-dropping kitchen and huge, light conservatory, provide space for everyone to spread out, kick back and indulge in this beautiful house, while the children (or big children!) can while away a rainy day in the outside barn games room.

A games room, tennis courts, flatscreen TV with Sky, Wifi, a Bose IPod docking system as well as a feature "night club" room all ensure that no-one in your party, big or small, is at a loose end. Jacobean Hall really is the stuff of dreams.
