Midweek and weekend hire on an exclusive use basis offers a wonderful solution to any large group occasion or milestone celebration. Corporate events and away days, weddings, engagement parties, Bar Mitzvah to incentive getaways. Cowley Manor makes for an unforgettable occasion. 

Exclusive Use

• Take over Cowley, including all 31 bedrooms, the gardens, main house & stable block for a truly memorable event. You and your guests can enjoy full use of the facilities at C-Side Spa with any treatments they would like to book at 20% off during their stay. 
• Exclusive Use events are completely bespoke, and we pride ourselves on being able to tailor all aspects of the occasion to suit your taste. The kitchen at Cowley can prepare anything from a banquet for 200 guests to bowl food inspired by your recent travels - nothing is off the table. 
• You will have the run of the Manor, and can make use of the Bar & Lounge for dining for up to 150 for a sit down meal, or up to 100 in the Restaurant if you prefer. Should you have a larger party still, a marquee on the top lawn is a splendid option. 

Weekend

• Exclusive use of all 31 bedrooms, including breakfast & use of the spa. Guide price from £11,455 based on a 24 hour period

Midweek

• Many beautiful formal and informal meeting rooms available for half day or full day hire 
• Day delegate packages available. Based on a minimum of 4 guests to include room hire, catering and stationary. The rooms within the Manor are the perfect spot for meetings, brainstorming sessions and away days. Delegate packages can vary from up to 8 hours right up to 24 hours 
• Team building events - on site team building is a wonderful addition to any event and options such as clay shooting, laser-clay shooting, archery, crystal maze, it's a knockout, cocktail masterclasses and many others. Please do enquire

Wedding

• Smaller weddings -The Garden room and adjoining billiard room make the ideal space for small and intimate daytime weddings for up to 30 guests. From £500 for hire of the Garden & Billiard room, plus food & drink. Additions such as Prosecco, canapes, wedding breakfast, wine, tea & coffee and champagne can all be included
• Exclusive use - Featuring 30 bedrooms, a multi award-winning spa, fabulous entertaining spaces, and locally sourced food, Cowley Manor is the perfect place for your perfect day. Offering ceremony spaces including the onsite 12th Century Church or the stunning panelled ballroom.  Please enquire for pricing based on exclusive use and packages for up to 100 guests
• Marquee weddings - For larger weddings (over 100 guests) a fabulous marquee option can be provided. Set on the top lawn, with sweeping views of the grounds, a marquee is a sight to behold and blank canvas to make your own.
