HOW IT WORKS

There are just four steps to finding your dream weekend  break or holiday home (and you only have to do two of them)...

1 –  Take advantage of our venue finding service - free of charge for UK properties!  Please contact us via our Home Page.

Send us your requiremtnes through our Enquiry Form or if you would like to speak to a member of our team, just give us a ring on 01837 849021.   The information we need to find you the perfect property in brief is: dates and duration, number of guests, location, budget and any special requirements.

2 – Have a chat with one of our team members.

We are very friendly so give us a ring!  Give us your wish list and we'llstart searching for your perfect venue. Next, just sit back and relax while we search our extensive database on your behalf. If properties on our database are unsuitable, we will search other sources to find a shortlist for your break.

3 – Receive portfolios of suitable properties.

Once your advisor has selected a shortlist, (s)he will send you the property portfolios (see some examples) in the post or via an email – complete with photographs, area information, and all the details you’ll need to make a decision. (For properties that have not been inspected, we’ll send web or printed details from the owners.)

4 – Reserve and confirm.

Once you’ve chosen a property, we’ll put it on hold for 24 hours so you can confirm interest with the rest of your party. When you’re ready to book, we will refer you directly to the property owners, who will guide you through their booking procedure and make sure that everything is perfect for your stay. Our home owners are as special as the properties themselves and will be pleased to help with any further arrangements, after all, they know the property and the local area better than anybody!
