HOW IT WORKS

There are just four steps to finding your dream holiday home (and you only have to do two of them)...

1 – We are currently offering our services free of charge!  Please contact us via our Home Page to take advantage of our speical promotion.

Sending the Order Form is accepted as a formal contract. You’ll be asked to agree to our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions, and to make an online payment of £100 (currently free!). If you would like to speak to a member of our team before booking, just give us a ring on 01837 849021.

2 – Have a chat with one of our team members.

Within 24 hours, your advisor will call to get further details – everything they need to start searching for your perfect holiday property. Next, just sit back and relax while we search our extensive database on your behalf. If properties on our database are unsuitable, we will search other sources to find a shortlist for your holiday.

3 – Receive portfolios of suitable properties.

Once your advisor has selected a shortlist, (s)he will send you the property portfolios (see some examples) in the post or via an email – complete with photographs, area information, and all the details you’ll need to make a decision. (For properties that have not been inspected, we’ll send web or printed details from the owners.)

4 – Reserve and confirm.

Once you’ve chosen a property, we’ll put it on hold for 24 hours so you can confirm interest with the rest of your party. When you’re ready to book, we will refer you directly to the property owners, who will guide you through the procedure and make sure everything is perfect for your stay. Our home owners are as special as the properties themselves and will be pleased to help with any further arrangements, after all, they know the property and the local area better than anybody!
