Property Standards

Properties being promoted under the House Party Solutions brand have to meet stringent guidelines and due to the number on our database, inspecing them is a long and ongoing task, but a task that we enjoy and feel you deserve!  Inspected properties have been subject to our rigorous and personalized inspection procedure to ensure they meet our extremely high quality standards before we recommend them to you.  The property will be maintained to a high decorative standard and have a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness throughout, both interior and exterior spaces. The property will also be required to provide the following ‘added extras’ as standard.

• Welcoming hamper containing local produce, e.g. breakfast supplies, cream tea or cake.
• White fluffy towels.
• Quality toiletries for the bathrooms.
• Quality linens, either white or in keeping with the decoration of the room.
• Quality soft furnishings and furniture.
• Fresh flowers on arrival.
• Matching crockery, cutlery and glassware in the kitchen with sufficient of each for the maximum number accommodated.
• Basic provisions for cooking in the kitchen: coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, oil.
• Information pack to include contact details of housekeeper/caretaker, nearest hospital, doctor, dentist, pubs & restaurants, local activities and places of interest.

Properties which are pending inspection will be potentially eligible for our accreditation and are sourced in a number of ways :

• Careful selection through ongoing research where quality images and details are available.  
• Property owners who have contacted us direct with an interest in promoting thieir properties through our service . 
• Highly recommended to us by friends and previous clients of House Party Solutions.  

Where a property of this nature is put forward as an option, we will provide you with all of the informaiton available to us and advise that you view it personally before you commit to a booking to ensure that all of your requirements are met .
