The property is an authentically styled Georgian house with a Victorian brick extension and it’s the perfect place for the discerning guest to escape the hustle and bustle of city life.

Relax in your own sophisticated party house with a magnificent open plan kitchen which has more than a hint of luxury!  Opening onto a stunning Orangery, it truly is, a foodies heaven! Mingle comfortably with and impress your guests over a glass or two!

Receptions areas also boast an elegant dining room for more formal evenings and a calm and relaxing sitting room – the perfect place to serve aperitifs.

All of the downstairs rooms are served by a surround sound, multi room music system and there is underfloor heating throughout.

Booking terms: 30% deposit with the balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival.

Cautionary deposit: £1,000 for stag parties otherwise £500.

With more than a passing interest in traditional features, contemporary design and stylish interiors, John & Lesley have designed and built the most beautiful family home for themselves and visiting guests to enjoy. 

5 years ago, their vision was to create a sophisticated family and party house with all modern amenities and the result is enviable! 

Internally the property is finished in a contemporary style with each room lovingly and individually designed using lush fabrics and fixtures and fittings to create individual and elegant stylish living spaces and relaxing bedrooms with en-suite facilities.
