House Party Solutions offers a selective property-finding service to its clients. Once approved by our team, your property will be promoted to all clients with relevant criteria or where they are open to recommendation. This targeted process is very successful for those who are already part of our portfolio.

Membership to become a 'Flagship Property' on our site is by invitaion only.  There is a one off charge of £75 to cover our professional designers fees to prepare a quality downloadable property portfolio of your property for the website.  All Flagship Properties are inspected by a member of our team - travel expenses are charged at cost and where possible, we will combine our inspection with other visits so that the cost can be shared with other owners. 

Membership to be listed as a property on our database only is free of charge.  A detailed, company headed property portfolio will be prepared and kept on file to recommend to our clients.  An inspection of your property will be carried out when we are in your area and travel expenses will be charged at cost.  

A commission of 15% is charged on the accommodation and exclusive use aspect of bookings made through our company and does not include catering or any other services supplied and/or charged by you.  

 

UK Properties.

What does your Membership Fee include?

• Recognition as an elite property .
• High quality downloadable portfolio – we will assemble a property portfolio to including photographs and area information.
• Marketing your property to our clients – wherever it meets their criteria or where they are open to recommendation, your portfolio will be sent as a reccommendation to be considered.
• Handling the enquiry on your behalf, right up to the booking stage.
• House Party Solutions Accreditation – following our personalized inspection procedure.
• Property promotion – your portfolio will be listed as a Flagship Property or added to our database of luxury properties.

How does the Membership process work?

• We ask for a minimum of 20 high-resolution images for Flagship Properties or 15 for database listed properties to assess the quality of the property; at least one of which must be an exterior shot.  If you are unable to provide images, please let us know – we can arrange for our photographer to visit (at additional cost).
• For flagship properties, a non-refundable payment of £75 is required in advance of your property portfolio being professionally designed for our website along with our completed Property Details Form and a signed Membership Contract.  Your property will also be inspected prior to listing on the site.  Travel costs are charged at cost and should be paid in advance or our inspection visit. 
• For database listed properties, your property will be inspected during your first year of membership.  Travel costs are charged at cost and should be paid in advance of our inspection visit.
• Our inspection visit - one of our team member will visit the property. We ask that it is presented to the same standard as it would be for guests.  We may also request overnight accommodation prior or post our inspection.  
• House Party Solutions does not support restrictive tie-ins; you are free to advertise through you own marketing or with other agents and use your property as often as you like.
• If you would like to have your property portfolio redesigned with your own branding so that it can be used for your own marketing purposes, we would be pleased to discuss this with you.

Overseas Properties.

What does your membership fee include?

House Party Solutions has begun to establish a selection of the most stunning properties to rent overseas.  As with our UK Flagship Properties, these are properties with something in common - luxury and great facilities:

Our Overseas Properties are not currently inspected but they are vetted carefully through quality images, accurate and detailed information which is provided by you.

The difference with our Overseas membership is that we do not charge commission on bookings made through our clients .  A yearly membership fee of £175.00 is charged to list your property on our site complete with its own webpage, downloadable portfolio and your contact details so that our clients can contact you for availability and book direct.

We will of course handle any enquiries that come through our office on your behalf and recommend your property to our clients where it meets their criteria.
