House Party Solutions offers a selective property-finding service to our clients. Once approved by our team, your property will be promoted to all clients with relevant criteria. This targeted process is very successful for those who are already part of our portfolio. You’ll also be entitled to display the House Party Solutions logo on your website or printed materials, certifying your property has undergone our personalised inspection procedure. Our Membership fee is £275.00 on joining if you wish to appear as an example property on our website plus a 15% commission on bookings made through House Party Solutions . Renewal fees for each subsequent year of membership are set at £100.00 per annum (unless considerable amendments need to be made to promotional material).

What does your Membership Fee include?

• Recognition as an elite property – including use of our branding on your site.
• High-quality portfolio – we will assemble a property portfolio on your behalf, including photographs and area information. (See example Property Portfolios)
• Marketing your property to guests – whenever appropriate, your portfolio will be forwarded to our clients.
• House Party Solutions Accreditation – following our rigorous inspection procedure.
• Property promotion – your portfolio will be added to our database of luxury properties.

How does the Membership process work?

• We ask for a minimum of 15 high-resolution images (at least one of which must be an exterior shot) and a non-refundable deposit of £100.00 prior to our inspection visit. (If you are unable to provide images, please let us know – we can arrange for a photographer to attend the inspection, at additional cost.)
• A team member will visit the property. We ask that it is presented as it would be for guests (we may also request overnight accommodation for our inspector).
• Providing your property meets our quality criteria, we request the balance of the membership fee is sent to us along with a signed contract within two weeks of acceptance.
• House Party Solutions does not support restrictive tie-ins; you are free to use your property as often as you might like and accept bookings from other sources.
• If you would like to have your property portfolio redesigned with your own branding so that it can be used for your own marketing purposes, we would be pleased to discuss this with you.
